This Privacy Policy explains how Enck collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit enck.ai, create an account, communicate with us, subscribe to updates, or use our software and related services.
If you use Enck on behalf of a business, that business is responsible for the customer and operational data it submits to the platform. We process that data to provide the service described in our agreements and product documentation.

Consent and Customer Authorization
By creating an account, using the service, enabling integrations, or connecting accounts through customer-enabled financial connection flows such as Plaid Link, users authorize Enck to collect, process, store, and transmit the data required to provide the requested service.
Customers are responsible for enabling only the integrations they intend to use and for ensuring they have the authority and any necessary downstream consents to submit the related data to the platform.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only when needed to run the service, comply with the law, or protect Enck and our customers.
- Service providers and subprocessors that host infrastructure or power requested product features.
- Payment processors, email providers, telecom providers, or integration partners you explicitly enable.
- Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, or acquirers where reasonably necessary for business operations.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or valid legal process.
Our current vendor categories and operational subprocessors are summarized on the Subprocessors page.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to provide the messaging services you request. We do not share that information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use. We may share it only with platform providers, carriers, and communications vendors that help us deliver the messages you requested.
SMS and Voice Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from Enck Equity Group LLC, you may receive customer care messages related to your inquiry, appointment coordination, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
If you separately consent to prerecorded voicemail or call outreach, Enck Equity Group LLC may contact you using the phone number you provided for the purposes described at the point of collection. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time by contacting us.
AI Workflows and Connected Tools
Enck uses managed model providers and connected third-party services to deliver AI operations features. Prompts, instructions, and related metadata may be processed by those providers when necessary to complete the task you requested.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing their own use cases, choosing what data to submit, and configuring integrations appropriately. If you need contractual terms for processor obligations, see our Data Processing Addendum.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.
Enck maintains a defined retention and deletion policy that is reviewed periodically and updated when material product, legal, or operational changes occur.
| Data Type | Retention Approach |

| Product telemetry, logs, and security events | Only for the period required to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the service. |
| Newsletter subscriptions | Until you unsubscribe or we retire the list. |
| Connected integration data | For as long as the integration remains active or until deletion is requested, subject to legal obligations. |
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect business data. These include encrypted transport, scoped credentials, access controls, logging, and managed infrastructure services.
