Windows App Download

Enck Sales Copilot for live customer calls.

Run the Windows desktop app during sales calls to capture mic and system audio, stream transcript context, and surface live answer cards backed by your workspace knowledge base. Sales Copilot is part of Enck for existing Enck workspaces; it is not a separate standalone product in this v1 download flow.

Before your first call

Upload pricing, product facts, objection handling, compliance notes, and competitor battlecards in the portal first.
Use the desktop app on the same machine that is running Zoom, Teams, Meet, or your browser softphone.
Keep the app assistive-only for now: it listens and surfaces cited answers on screen, but it does not speak or auto-act.

How to use it

  1. 1

Download the Windows setup app and run it.

  2. 2

Open Enck Sales Copilot and allow microphone access when Windows prompts.

  3. 3

In the Enck portal, open Sales Copilot and click Launch desktop app.

  4. 4

If the desktop handoff is blocked, copy launch JSON in the portal first. The app will detect it from the clipboard automatically.

  5. 5

Choose your audio devices and start the session before the call.

What you will see

The desktop app shows live transcript updates, low-latency answer cards, citations back to workspace knowledge, and a compact always-on-top control surface.

Keep it running before the customer joins. Once the conversation starts, the app listens to both sides of the call and uses your selected workspace to answer common product, pricing, objection, and competitor questions.

You do not need to manually paste websocket URLs, workspace IDs, or bearer tokens in the normal flow. Launch from the portal and let the app hydrate from the launch handoff or the copied clipboard payload.

Install with Setup once and future releases can update in-app instead of making you manually download the desktop app again.

Advanced security check

If your team verifies installer hashes, download the SHA-256 file and compare it before opening the setup app.
